My neighbours a young couple have been a little daft and said a parcel never arrived as it was left outside in a plastic container and driver forged their signature. At first they never knew but when they found it they never contacted the company. The company now say they can track parcel and the switch will be blocked so can't be used. They asked me what to do but not sure what to say they are a nice couple and are worried they are now going to get in trouble. Any advice please xxc
Tell them to say they've only just found it in the garden as never thought to look there?
Can someone please check to see if there is 80p on GreenJinn for Hippeas as I can't get on the app to double-check. I noticed it early hours. If so, there is the same 80p on COS and Qco CS, which would make one of each type free.

How long ago did they find it, can the item actually be tracked such as a mobile phone if the company can remotely block it, if so the company may be able to prove its location. If only a short time then come clean and say it's been found and they might just leave it .

I claimed the Hippeas earlier on in the week at both GJ + Cos and they are on GJ again which is weird as they don't usually reappear once claimed in the same week. EDIT 2nd GJ claim is only for half price unlike full price last time.
Urgh I thought I was done with Xmas shopping but I can't remember if I got my mum something. I kept a list too. What am I going to get her? ! She can't smell, she can't have chocolate, she doesn't have a bath. She's tighter than a bears arse and will spend £10 on me. Dad has a bottle of whiskey. Might end up being a bottle of baileys. It's on offer in T but would rather not.
Mythical woodland collection at £1 each or some posh scarves or a lambswool stole for £10
Just to say thank you moc - my order has just been delivered. I got 6 tea towels, 5 packable bags and 4 of what they described as an oven glove. I thought the oven glove would be just like a single glove, that's why I ordered 4, but it turns out it is a pair of oven gloves. They are excellent quality and amazing value at £1 an item, even after paying £4.99 for the p&p. I've just checked the link and there's none of the mythical woodland items left.

I thought we were steering clear of GJ until people had reported being paid?

I went and collected my cnc order from Ts and 7 of the 10 bags of those strawberry nut things from COS had BBE Dec 2019 😱😱😱 I know I was actually only paying £1 for them but even so, so I rand them and they have refunded £14 I said did they want me to return them to the store next time I'm there and she said no, there's no need so my shopping has actually cost me £24 instead of £74 so a huge thank you to OP for the Ts code.
Anyone use CSJ dog food on here. My dog has been on it for years. At the moment on the senior one "old champ". Its very cheap and lots of the trainers at hearing dogs use it for their own dogs. Tessa is 10 and half and still running round like a puppy
I'd never heard of that food before. Just googled a picture of it and definitely not seen it either. It obviously suits Tessa well.
I had not heard of it before either. My exHD black lab was on Royal Canin Maxi Adult as advised by HD. I have just switched him to Tails with a free month trial. This after various vet visits to see what is going on with his ears, he seems to be scratching them a lot. They are not dirty, the costly squeezy tubes from the vet make little difference, and they suggested it could be a food allergy. Will see how he gets on.
are you on Apple or Droid? This may help those with more experience than me.
Android. If no-one knows the answer, I'm sure that cos will eventually respond. I'm not at all techie, especially when it comes to the phone - I even struggle to do a text.

Log in online instead as an interim?
Thank you josie but it was for the yoghurt offer which was app only. The problem has now been sent to their Tech Team, so hopefully it won't be too long.

Poundsinbucks x :-)
Awww, wish you had said, I could have recommended you, and we would have both got a free month. I have used it since Royal Canin changed their recipe about 4 years back or so, and took a load of the good protein out of their food.

P in B if it's a possible allergy have you ruled out air fresheners, scented candles carpet freshener etc, my db dog was allergic to the plug ins, showed as an awful skin rash.
After a little bit of ebay advice. I have purchased some pans and a stand. The stand has arrived broken and one of the pans has been cracked and the handle has broken. There was no fragile label on the box. The seller has refused (very quickly I might add) a return and a refund on the basis that he packed it really well and did offer the insurance which I did not take because I expected it to come fully in tact. I have taken ple ty of photos and sent them as proof. I obviously have to wait the 10 days for ebay to step in. How long does ebay take to review it and what would your guys thoughts be on this?
Just to say it is the responsiblity of the sender to ensure the item gets to the receiver in good condition, regardless of whether it is Ebay or whatever. The seller should have insured it regardless, it should be part of the charge.
I would have thought you could open a case already as it is damaged? Though I am not an Ebayer.
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare
Tried the lidl send me a sample 5 off 25 and wouldn't work. They had never seen one before and had to explain what it was. They voided off until got to 5 off only it was more like 7
Does anyone know if Sainsbugs ‘Refund’ gift cards can be used for fuel please?
Hi. I'm not usually able to contribute much so happy to say yes I have used the refund card on petrol
Thank you so much kiz! Just I have a £15 refund card in my purse, and was thinking of giving it to my son & girlfriend as they don’t have much money and wanted to visit my parents and it’s a bit of a drive.

Talking to myself but they have a full refund on the pistachio Gelato today so 2.50 overage with the moc. Last gelato I did with them is stuck in processing and they haven't answered my CS email about it.
AM I the only one that doesn't actually find this 'premium' ice-cream very nice?

I quite like both of the gelato flavours on GJ. Thanks for pointing out the freebie michaels.
Thanks Izzy and Josie for advice re my neighbour, I suggested they just come clean and say they have just found it in the garden now as it was only 3 days ago they did and company was fine very apologetic that driver had left it there and forged there signature and gave them a £20 apology .so they are much happier now and will not do anything so daft again xxx
