I made some mince pies this evening using my last jar of Tesco glitchy mincemeat from 2012 😆
I had to hide the jar from misery guts 😂😂😂
I've seen a recipe tonight on Jack Monroes twitter feed with her last minute Christmas cake - just 4 ingredients including an almost full jar of mincemeat or there is a 5 item one with some orange marmalade (useful if you have been getting 100 nectarines every single week!)

We've been watching Inside the Factory tonight which was at a factory In Nottingham making M&S canapes for Christmas - I imagine they make the same ones for other stores as well just in different boxes.
The chap said that the most consumers of canapes were in the North East or in Liverpool ......maybe they just have more parties than anyone else

Thinking the north (S/land, N/castlevotes could all be close, never normally take this long.
Scotland.
Seems to be that Scotland is more different than the rest, shame on the London based media never reflect thoughts up here, just the usual biased misinformation. Wait and see.

Oh I dont know, there was a fair bit of discussion around Scotland earlier. Yes, not proportional, but more than normal I would say.
Tesco code working on all our accounts so I have used mine to stock up on tomatoes and beans and pasta as that's a good discount x
Worked for me on a sleepy account too. Also had £10 off £50 on toys and £4 off £20 on Christmas cheese, nuts, sweets and desserts so ended up saving £39 on an order just over £70, and the toys were discounted as well. I doubt I’ll get the Quidco cashback but you never know. Oh, double CC points and 25 points on 29p cauli, 75 points on 65p tuna, 25 points on 21p tinned peas. Free click and collect.

Good morning. Thanks for the info 're Ts £25 off. I've just ordered a leg of lamb, piece of bubbs beef, some of the cheap veg (sorry farmers) and 10 packets of those strawberry nut things in COS so I can also claim £10 back, oh and a bottle of Tia maria to make the money up 😉 wouldn't work on my account but did on dh old account.
I can't catch up but just want to send my love to JTS. I'm unsure about your results. I don't know enough about it, but it sounds as if it's so much better than you expected. And that's good enough for me😊 I hope you have a fabulous weekend planned, baking bread, making cheese, building homes for little animals and eating hobknobs. Onwards and upwards my friend❤️
Oh freewheeling...I think so many of us understand how you feel. I can't imagine life without little Oz. He's got so much more needy as he's getting older and his vulnerability is so endearing. I just get the best cuddles ever. So I hope you know how much we feel your pain. Let's hope that the meds will work quicky. Thinking of you x
Carly and michaels......sorry for not replying sooner. No I didn't buy Tesco giftcards. I hope that didn't confuse anyone😳 Has anyone tried it? I need to read up on on the Tesco code🤔 Thanks carly

Good morning all, and what a good morning it is
Apart from the fact that we have some outside work on this morning and I am going to freeze my proverbial off
As for strippers, I have never objected to either variety. As far as I am concerned, all this talk of the female variety being taken advantage of is nonsense, it is surely them taking advantage and good on them
Thank you everyone for the supportive words. When I was cycling home last night I had a horrible feeling that I'd come home to find him dead...which is of course just silly. As usual he was waiting for me by the back door, asking for his dinner.
Marmie, your bedroom is so neat and tidy!!
To add to the TMI PJ info, I just wear a pair of pants. Unless it's freezing and then I put on a t shirt. I hate being too hot in bed!
My bedding arrived yesterday and was delivered to an Amazon locker so I need to pick it up today.
Thank you Carly for the Tesco code, I had been planning on buying some gin as Christmas presents so this has worked perfectly. I'm doing a 50p c&c next week :-).
I want to get the chair recovered....It was my Grannies....Teddies sleep in the chair, I get to sleep with my dawg
Please leave the chair, it is fabulous... if you don't want it..... I will drive to your house and steal it!
But the teddies are a bit scary so I may bring a body guard.... just in case you are a nutter!
Morning SSM.....I do like the chair but I just thought another colour would best suit my room...I also have one in another room which was my aunts and a high backed chair which was used by my grandad and dad I have this in the kitchen........

I love the chair too just as it is - it's full of character. It's amazing that your dog hasn't chewed the teddies to pieces as I'm sure mine would just think they're more toys. I have to keep my teddies well out of their sight.
Looks like I have to leave the chair as it is.....Okay, I respect all opinions on here. So, It will stay as it is during my lifetime. Thank you
Marley has his own family of teds to look after, He has Nellie Elephant, Woofie the dawg, Thumper Rabbit, Guy Gorilla, Leo Lion and Tigger Tiger. At least until he's chewed them and pulled the stuffing out of them....He gets recycled extras every year from the boot sales.
Re the T code, can you pay online with a T giftcard? If so, for those with the offer on Am3x cards, if you can buy a £50 (+£5 bonus) T gift card you get £10 back on the £50 spend from Am3x, so an even bigger saving.

FW.....I am sure you will not be disappointed with the bedding....I had another look to see if anything else was available but nothing at the price this was available at.
To add to the PJs debate....I'm a freedom man....Nothing for me but a smile.
