Morning! Well I know it’s TMs turn to make the coffee…..but I’ll let her make the second round seeing as I am up pretty early. I don’t know why…but I’ve been having some really odd dreams the last few nights and I’ve been waking early wondering what on earth is going on. I can’t even get out to the allotment to get things done as it’s still pitch black, and I can’t do useful stuff around the house as Mr FW is sleeping, so I’ll just have to drink coffee and read my book instead 😆.
We’ve got tickets to a local rugby match today so we’re going to cycle over and watch that :-).
On Wednesday we’re off to India 😎. It’s way too soon to start packing, but I might start a list 🤔.

Good morning all, another grey day here.
I envy you FW, we've been back 5 weeks now, it was a wonderful place.
Have to admit would love to turn the clock back, and just miss out the fact that my OH has been in hospital nearly 5 weeks now (nothing to do with India).
On that note, we have found out that the button wasn't pressed on the rehab unit until yesterday, it is down to the physio and they started the paperwork yesterday!! Sounds like it could be soon though
I'm up and about earlyish, need to pop out and get OH a new phone before I go to see him, he has dropped it so often it has lost a lot of contacts and the battery is suffering. He can feel it when he is holding it now so should not drop it, and I have a case on order for him too.
1 litre Bailey's offer for £10 in Sainsbury's started yesterday. Bought a bottle for WiFi to take with her when she visits her folks at Christmas. Calorific, but nice ....
It is a good price. Someone mentioned it is £8.50 in Morrisons if you spend £45 - I don't know when the offer ends.
I don't know if buying a giftcard (with a giftcard 😉) would trigger it?

Did your OH have an upset stomach in India as that can trigger GBS?

No, neither of us did. We have been told that it was probably the slight cough he had before we went as the symptoms started in the last couple of days we were there. Thought nothing of it at the time! No vaccinations, no other trigger as far as we know, just that cough that a friend noticed and we did not!!!!
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

Thank you FW I’ll do the second round. Plenty of water in the kettle for tea I’ll be having two big mugs. Not decided on breakfast yet.
TM’s def excused all duties - probably been up all night with the baby. Congrats to mamma and granny.
Happy birthday poundsinbucks - do something lovely for yourself
Enterprise - big relief about your OH progress. Rehab move might indeed be v quick should they want his bed!
Cloudy forecast all day - but no rain. I have no solid plans but loads of uninspiring stuff on the should do list….wet garden clearing, grass cutting, hedges, paperwork, housework, mountains of laundry, etc etc

Any flu or covid injections recently?
Nope. The doctors went through all the possible triggers and there is nothing else. Wasn't until we were talking to a friend and he mentioned the cough that he even thought about that. The doctors said it would be about the right timing.

So glad Lily is out. Next on my list is Ali . I find her so patronising.
Snap not our snap i would ever evict her love our snap xx
Who is snap? Do you mean Ali? She complains about people talking behind her back but she does it all the time. Mind you they’re all as bad as each other. Just as long as Lily went I don’t care. Ha as I’ve said I still moan ….but still watch
1st day of holidays. Nipped out this morning since I got back I've cleaned scrubbed and sorted.
Mr BB has been great and he's done so much. But I think he's more about diy etc which is great but a deep clean was done month one and then a lick and a spit everywhere else since.
So done bathroom kitchen and front room. Gave the Dyson a haircut. So much hair get tangled in the brushes
Happy birthday to everyone and theirs enjoying the day.
Mrs Mac you've got the binmen fighting over your route lol. Sadly one of our guys from the tip passed away at work. Not sure what happened. Thankless task standing in freezing cold all day.
BB fans. One week to go and then it's I'm a celebrity. I think I just like seeing eliminations and the lengths people will go to stay in.
Although maybe go through TCB as there's a 6% cashback new customers to best western.
I grabbed a 2 night break in December. King bed and breakfast. Hotel with pool and Spa. £129.00 less cashback when it appears. Only on a couple of days - good luck

Well after last nights abundance of hygiene facilities, I bring you a house that appears to have none. Best I can see is perhaps a singular outdoor WC. Either that or it’s sat in the dining room somewhere
