I hate electrics in a bathroom, I really think the 2 shouldn't mix with the exception of lights.... but the big builders seem to be able to dictate changes to building regs with ease!
Handy for a wee in the night lalli 😂. It's ok to have a washing machine in a cloakroom/bathroom/toilet very continental. Washer needs to be hardwired, I thought it needed to be in a cupboard but sparky says just hard wired. I've just had this set up, clothes straight into the washer from the shower, no dragging halfway dropping your knickers everywhere 😂

It looks like it has a downstairs toilet, a downstairs shower/wet room, a downstairs indoor jetwash (?), an upstairs bathroom, and upstairs random bedroom toilet (but at least you can wash your hands afterwards) and I think the downstairs toilet is actually in an outhouse. There also doesn’t appear to be any heating but that’s another matter

For those that do Wordle do you use the NYT app? We work our way through the dailies while we wake up with a cuppa, Connections is the favourite.
I love connections - except when I can't get it which I find really frustrating - then I do Wordle and the mini, my DD2 also does strands but I can't be having with that.
I am also addicted to duo lingo at the moment.
It really does engage people, my eldest daughter won the Duolingo for French competition and the youngest is using it for Japanese having applied to study in Tokyo next year.
Have you done today's connections. We've got the yellow and lilac but struggling with the next one. Tiles is the next best, aim for run of 45 or 60 and then all three Soduko. DH loves all the letter games, me not so much 😬

I've stayed in a few 'en suite' rooms, that are the biggest passion killers in the world.... they should only be allowed when they are sound proof!

First house we had was rented, over looking the sea at Portmellon, it had one bedroom with a small ensuite. Whenever I needed a poo I drove to Mevagissey 😁

Toilets. Wouldn’t have stopped my son . He’s going to be so mad I’ve told you all this 😂 When he was just under 3 we moved into our house. A new bathroom was delivered and placed downstairs ready for plumber to take upstairs for fitting. He had done a poo in the toilet whilst it was downstairs prior to fitting 😂

en suite should be soundproof ours on our wedding night was not! I learned a lot about my new husband that I never wanted to know 50 odd years later it is no better LJx
