Remember at the weekend I said my laptop wasn't working after the updates..well I had a man come round to look at it.. apparently the motherboard had fried..so new laptop on order. Although I use my mobile, and we have a computer I do like my laptop...

Fabulous catch up with an Elitie yesterday. Was given a belated post lockdown 60th birthday box containing 60 items. all Elitely sourced (dead cheap of course) - it was like my own lucky dip
It was great to catch up & far better sitting outside in the sun than in the car for a few hours! Iced water was a Godsend, but how on earth was it 33 degrees in Wales?!

Morning all Excited today, I have family with my 2 GS coming to stay the weekend..shame the weather isn't going to be settled as the beach would have been a nice change from London, hopefully dry for a BBQ for dinner and the boys can play in the garden.
Thank you to the OP who mentioned the 15p quinoa yesterday. I found half a dozen packs in my nearest S. They have been added to my third wave stash. I reckon we're going to need it sooner or later 😕

A couple of weeks ago I had major problems trying to get a swap for our 6kg propane bottle and ended up ringing loads of places. Apparently there's a shortage.
Dave, before you say 6kg is not very MSE, I'm certainly not lugging around a 47kg bottle for our camping trips 😂.
My in-laws arrived yesterday afternoon and we had a lovely evening cooking on the fire pit in the garden :-). Today we're all off for a walk on the coast...once they all get out of bed 😂.

Really annoyed with Morrisons. Got 3 x £20 GC's from Natwest rewards. None of them seem to work when I tried them in Morrisons. Have emailed them and they got back to me asking for the gc number. That was over a week ago and despite numerous emails they wont reply now In future my NatWest rewards will just be cash into my account.
Ohhhhh. Don't mention Morissons gift cards to me I've had a bellyful of them over the last month or so you ve probably read. I ve stopped getting them now. I can't help with your problem but I wouldn't let it go that's for sure. It's a lot of money to lose isn't it ? I don't even want to lose my £10 Asda gift card. You should phone them not email . Pests.

Saw DS for 15 minutes last night he came baring gifts Hotel Choc choc's told me they had been melting 3 times twice at home and once then it was 30 degrees here early evening .
In fridge wont put me off eating them lol
He went for second covid jab at the hospital he warned me if he gets covid for second time he never setting foot in Oldham again
He also asked me silly questions well silly to me about my ailments. Then went wow when he saw all pills lol
I have to go Tesco later they better have my cheese and rest of my list or i will be at CS and hope Trout McTrout Face isnt on duty
Lot cooler out lovely breeze 19 degrees better than 28 which it was this time yesterday .

Unfortunately, not every business is in a position to reply instantly, particularly at the moment - 2 days is no time at all to allow a response? I appreciate it is frustrating when the cards don't come through correctly. I would give it a week before trying again, as if you email them it may push you down the queue on their response system (I saw this mentioned on one of the discussion boards, maybe not these, but the software some companies use logs cases against email addresses and updates the case - so if it is set to deal with oldest messages first, you move backwards in the queue as it resets your query date). Most frustrating.
