Afternoon Been picking blackcurrants and cleaning them, someone mentioned pickled red currants yesterday, wondering what they are, if yet to tackle the reds.
I bought the wrong Higgidy product for the phone offer - ouch £3.70. Is it still ok to buy the correct one - says claim in 10 days but also says that there is a limited number available to claim? Do not really want to waste any more money on these overpriced products. Thanks.

So did I! Same flavour, wrong size, annoying. I believe you can submit your request again using the original link but I’m not going out of my way looking for the right size as I didn’t see it when I first went shopping.

My understanding is if you have the unique link (having applied for the offer on WhatsApp or text) then you have the 10 days to claim. I would think it would only issue 400 or whatever? I don't know what happens if you submit the wrong receipt/a receipt without the correct item though.
My previous claims through the hashting system have all gone through when I had the unique link, even when a limited offer and over a week later.

As the original poster of the TMF all I would say is I'm actually not bothering with this one...there were only 400 offered and when I looked into it the particular flavours seem to only be available in selected sains ....I dont have one of the said sains in a local radius.
Its perfectly possible for you to get yours in sainsburys but I wouldnt wait the full 10 days as you could find out that the offer gets used up by others.
Check the map for your local area it was on the text link and go from there.
I missed out on a second set of mccain chips a few weeks ago as although I had the text when I went to upload the receipt it seemed all the spaces were taken....I guess the moral of the story is dont buy anything that you cant or dont want to take a hit on if it doesnt pay out.
I'm also still chasing a coffee refund from hashting thats just outside the 30 day payment and 4 tins of the cirio tomatoes that were TMF before that...some you win and some you lose.
Life is a strange thing, just when you think you've learned how to use it, it's gone

They is annoying if you had the unique link. It seems I was lucky on my previous claims but will need to buy and claim quickly.
When was the McCain offer please, as I only got the code/link and claimed last week?

The mccain one was recently maybe in the last 2 weeks...(sorry weeks happen at the moment and I've no control over them or time perception!!)the flavour chips or something...I loaded up the offer and purchased the bbq flavour ones then forwared it to a friend who also managed to get the BBQflavour but when they forwarded it to their friend and bought the garlic ones the text wouldnt accept claims...all 3 purchases were within the initial 10 day period so I'm not sure what happened but 3 bags of chips for £2.99 wasnt the end of the world...although with hindsight I actually preferred the BBQ ones!

Oooooh new thread 🥳 thanks DM. Am I on page 1? 🤔
Have a lovely holiday bubbs ⛰🏖🎡.
Still waiting for BG man. Wasted all of last Friday waiting in vain, their communication is terrible. Shall NOT be renewing my HomeCare contract but must find alternative. Open to suggestions! Think we partly picked this level of BG cover as they covered boiler/heating but also sewers, not sure anyone else does this?

I have just this minute claimed again as I had a remaining receipt - each is a unique link for you to claim once. The friends link doesn't work but if they use the original link it may go through (as it just did for me 2 minutes ago for a new claim): hashting.promo/flavourmakerlanding/FLAVOURMAKER-MSE2
It has to be on a unique phone for the WhatsApp claim to work (and on TMF thread a number of people have reported the text version not working on different offers, but I haven't tried that).

PIB..Google boiler care contracts ...there are surprisingly more than you think and I believe there are even comparison site too...I will admit to being a non subscriber to these types of thing but I can see the worth of them if you are that way inclined....over the years I've built up a good rapport with a few local heating engineers and plumbers who always seem to have spaces when we need them and gont charge an arm and a leg for work...but I guess a lot comes down to your personal risk level.
I we did have the BG at one point as part of our at the time new boiler installation, but like you waited far too long for a fix so it was never renewed!
It might also be worthwhile ringing a few local independant plumbers/engineers as I know several round here are introducing service level options in a bid to undercut the likes of BG as it is a growing market and they want to attract repeat customers. ( i know of one good heating company who have started something up but I know they wont travel further than Reading in your direction towards Bucks)

I don't suppose it was random or decided on the night who took the penalties - my guess is the inhouse psychologists said give it to the young players as they won't yet have the 'weight of the nation' that older players have which probably tends to be a hindrance rather than a help. Along the same lines of walking along a plank 6 inches off the ground as opposed to walking along the same plank over a 100 foot drop - as an 18 year old you think you are invincible so don't stop to think about the drop?

I have a question for anyone who does ebay etc - where do you source your polybags from? I have run out of the extra strong heavyweight large polybags bags - for parcelling up and sending off jeans - my usual source of extra strong large polybags is ignoring the message I sent at the weekend - the cheek of it.
Fortunately at the moment no one has bought any jeans but I am living in fear of the phone pinging
Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others,or to diminish something of their pains

Sadly enough stuff gets bought in this household that we always seem to have enough to reuse.
Sent an item with Hermes on 1st July that disappeared from tracking after being scanned leaving shop 1 hour after drop off - what odds would you put on it being easy to get the compensation?! I suspect DW will have tidied up and thrown away the receipt by now too which they will no doubt claim is essential for a claim despite having the drop off and pick up visible on their tracking. Do people monitor their eBay sales all the way through to delivery or just post and forget?
By focusing on the idiots that abused these young players we are giving them the oxygen they crave when in reality they aren't worth a carrot.
it also takes away the great achievement of this great young team.
Well done England
I agree with these sentiments to a certain extent. For me the experience is now tarnished😕😕😕
I think if we DON'T focus on it and let it go unchallenged it can become acceptable and commonplace. So three cheers for the folk who have been calling it out all day on social media. ( if you are faint hearted don't venture over to twitter😱)
These people are getting their posts reported. Pressure is mounting on FB, Instagram etc to automatically delete posts. They can slap on Covid guidelines whenever it's mentioned in a post, surely they can ban posts containing racist words.
The worrying thing is many of these people are not the archetypical young thug as often portrayed. Many look to all intents and purposes like respectable business people. But if they are daft enough to promote their linked in profile and who they work for, then they shouldn't be surprised If they get a call from their HR dept first thing in the morning. No company wants to be condoning behaviour like this and I can only hope that warnings and disciplinaries follow.

I tend to keep any packing material that enters my house and re-use, have not bought any packaging for a looooong time. The M&S clothing bags are good, I reuse the bags from Kantar mailing survey items, would also consider a Bag for Life if my other options had run out. I have a mountain of boxes of various sizes, they will all get reused 👍. Same with jiffies, never buy new ones, just reuse old ones. Seems to be more acceptable these days. I know years ago eBay buyers would moan at having to pay P&P if it was more than the stamp on their package 🙄📦. HTH.
