Anyone been to the Harbour bar/hotel in Southampton before please?
Have you had a Premium bond win?
We usually stay at Ibis budget or Premier Inn (either West Quay or Cumberland Place across the park) for the night before stay - clean, good beds, showers and wifi and close to eating places - rather spend money whilst away than on the night before hotel. Previously we have stayed at Jurys and Grand Harbour and once at the newer Travelodge but we now mostly stick to Ibis or PM

Apparently the latter is the right address but I emailed them the day before yesterday and not heard a dicky bird nor even a thank you we have received your email one π± I presume they ve received it but I don't know so a phone number would be better.

Dont get me wrong, I am booked into the premier inn as always (under Β£40 ). But normally when I go on a cruise I spend the day in London, but if it is this hot, I cant be doing with the crowds. I had considered going to the I of W but really, I wond be getting into Southampton until about 4:30, so probably not worth it, so thinking what to do when I get to Southampton. So my thought were to go to the above place, get a nice seat on the terrace overlooking the harbour, and have a few drinks and possibly a pizza. Yes, it will be more expensive than a lot of places, but lovely view, and I will be saving money by not being in London for the day. (Need a back up plan if it is raining though )
Edit: also saving money as if I was going into London, I would have used the baggage company. Never used them before, but was going to give them a try. No need if I am going straight to S/ton).

Had anyone redeemed one of the Win2Gether vouchers yet? It says up to Β£1 value the pouches seem to be Β£1.25 everywhere....wondered if they still worked....?
Yep, they work fine. The staff have to put the amount in manually so it doesn't make a difference to them.
I find the barcode doesnβt scan, so I have it on Stocard and that works fine. Some SAβs type in the full amount, and others type in Β£1.

I'll never forget how happy I was when I saw my missus walking down the aisle. My heart was beating fast and the excitement was unbearable. It seemed to take an age but eventually there she was, stood beside me. I gave her a cheeky wink and said, "Get that trolley over here love, they're Doing 3 cases of lager for Β£21

Yes the good thing with PI is that they will take your luggage with no extra charge if you are arrive before check in (also Ibis has a luggage room, also useful) Southampton has a nice park for sitting in during the day time (I would not walk through there at night time but most cities are the same) Previously when we have had an extra day in Southampton we have been to the art gallery and the Seascape museum which kept us well amused. The plus points are out of the rain if it rains and air conditioned if not and usually very quiet.

Thank you for signing up for your free bottle of SXOLLIE.
We have had an overwhelming response to our trial bottle of SXOLLIE and received over 10,000 orders in a day. We just wanted to let you know that we are very small team, and are lovingly hand-packing these sample bottles for you in our office. This is unfortunately going to take some time, so please bear with us. We will keep you posted once we've sent out your bottle, but rest assured we are working hard to get it to you as soon as possible.
Also, if you were one of the cheeky rascals who placed numerous orders to one address; know that we too are nifty rascals and will only be sending one per household to ensure that everyone who ordered a bottle will get a chance to try our award winning liquid.
We hope you enjoy your first SXOLLIE experience and thank you for your patience!

Can you tell me how you add the coupon to stocard please? Do you add it to pictures under your T card? Thanks
Open the stocard app, press the plus sign top right, click the search bar at the top, select βother cardβ, select enter manually, then type in the barcode number and save it, you can call it a name youβll remember if you want to.

Stocard does scan that coupon. No need to do it manually

I hear stuff everyday now and wonder if I'm on the same planet as other people.
A top Rugby Union guy has said Australia and New Zealand are acting cowardly by not coming to the UK to take part in The World Cup.
Eh?
Would it help if I said they released a study that stated 50% of rugby union players (in their study) showed reduced brain mass and 25% showed significant damage.

Really annoyed with Morrisons. Got 3 x Β£20 GC's from Natwest rewards. None of them seem to work when I tried them in Morrisons. Have emailed them and they got back to me asking for the gc number. That was over a week ago and despite numerous emails they wont reply now In future my NatWest rewards will just be cash into my account.
