Can't stand them myself Not really a sausage fan but when we do we get feon a local buther
They are really poor quality, but guess that's why they're cheap? Very low meat content. I do know kids seem to like them though so must be something in them that appeals I guess!
To make sausage rolls I always use sausages and just take the skin off. I add a small amount of onion and a small amount of breadcrumb. DONT USE Richmond sausages though really bad. They must have this mixture just so. I used Richmond sausages just once. What with the breadcrumbs and onion I added made these completely tasteless. Never again .

Tried them with all sorts but these are the only ones they like other than Premier Inn breakfast ones. They're not fussy eaters. Other than Dd2 not liking any chicken nuggets or chips other than maccies (or the heron ones that are maccies) or chippy chips. They usually eat slimming world/PON stuff.
update on mum,she is coming home later this evening from hospital.Unsure whether it's good news or not.The hospital desperately needs the bed but I feel mum really needs the care. Will just have to see what happens over the coming days.
We had to really put our foot down with the hospital when they kept trying to send my grandad home without adequate care.
In the end we had to basically refuse to help him in any way so they had to make sure that occ health assessed him and he ended up having carer visits 4 times a day.
If you dont think she should be home i would speak to them again asap. I hope sheβs on the mend soon
I think Sue was hoping to see her Mum today and obama was at the hospital. Hope it all went well.
I've been tying up loose ends, paperwork and points. I was going through screenshots on the spare phone and found a gift card for Waitrose on 21st October from a company called revealyourgift.com I can't even remember how I got it but have checked the balance and it's on thereπ€·π»ββοΈ Any clues?
Arghhh!! Handing in my badge, got charged $360 for 2 rooms at the Holiday Inn Disney Springs for 2 rooms I forgot to cancel with Expedia when we moved the trip to December! Tried everything, no refund, suppose they had 2 rooms 24/10 empty cos we obviously didn't turn up.
Looks nice. I don't mind Richmond. Good job as I bought 2 packs, worked out at about 12p each with 2 milks... Didn't have anymore milk coupons sadly.
Evening all.
My kids will Only eat richmond sausages.
Hubby always ate Richmond but they became very soft and pasty texture so we changed and now like the cheap butchers choice from Tesco although he thinks heβs eating a more expensive brand!

Yes I agree, I made stuffing balls and Richmond were yuk - every other brand was fine x

We used to like either Cumberland or Lincolnshire but all the supermarkets seem to do now is fill them when pepper. I guess it's cheaper than herbs.
I liked whatever the glitchy ones were from Morrison's. Had a load from a c&c a while back. If I can get the freezer down to a manageable size I should really place another order.
I've found the chipolata ones in the Tesco Finest range are nice (just a bit skinnier) and often on cc price.

We have been getting the 95% meat ones from Aldi (or it may be Lidl).... they are skinny but nice.
If I get to Waities I will get their caramalised onion ones... and keep my fingers crossed that they have not change them!

TM I have signed up for the free pint of Brewdog for DS1, but I am prepared for him to forget, and let it go to waste π
Went Outlet shopping with a friend yesterday. Very pleased with my purchases......then got home and realised I had bought the same dress a few weeks ago π€£ (In my defence, I thought it was a different colour!).....I will have to return it. π (I will try to return the more expensive version π€£).
Meeting another friend for money saving mischief today, so will stop at a nearby Weatherspoons for cheap coffee and refills π₯³
I also managed 3 Roamler tasks yesterday, but one of them was in Home Bargains, and I spent half my earnings on a squirrel proof bird feeder and fat balls π
All good here apart from usual aches and sniffs. Didn't mow the lawn yesterday and looking increasingly like I shan't today either!
Used my Β£5 Amazon voucher yesterday on a box set of DVDs we wanted. Bought 2 from ebay - 1 not delivered, other incorrect item. Not much difference in price for new with the fiver off
On the sausages, recently started eating meat again (sparingly). Found Heck products (both meat and veggie) OK, but tried Richmond products too, and found them surprisingly palatable. I used to tell my mum not to buy them @ only 46% pork, but I was surprised and would buy them again if I was eating meat.
Good morning, thanks for the coffee, it was really needed.
Saw Mum yesterday, she is slightly better and talking a little bit again. Asked to speak to the doctor in charge of her care and I am livid. They have already assessed her as fit and safe to comer home in a few days which is ridiculous Tested her mobility with 2 physio's holding her up. Said I disagreed that she was able to mobilize on her own and this was her third admission in 3 weeks. Only so much I could do to look after her and I want Intermediate Care before she comes home. Doctor asked me if I was in the medical profession as I seemed to know a lot about it! Looks like I am going to have to fight my corner which is going to upset Mum as she just wants to get home.

Good morning all, frosty here again
Refuse to put the heating on yet as it will mild up for the next few days, this is what jumpers are for
Thank you for the cuppa Roma
Going to make a Texas Cornbread this morning, that will warm the kitchen up a bit. Then it will be sitting in the fridge to put in the oven some time after I get back from WI.
Started my new nanoblock model yesterday. Am having to make notes of pieces required at each stage as I go along as it doesn't show that on the instructions. It takes longer but it means I have those notes for when I next make it up Quite funny though, according to Royal Mail it is still stuck in Atherstone, AliExpress however know it is delivered
