Lalli you should buy a caravan, I think everyone should live in a caravan. If we could get rid of twit & tw#t your only neighbour would be us and our border has been planted so that they can't see us and we can't see them. However after the senseless attack yesterday in a nearby town who'd want to live here 😢 DD is now saying she's not sending the kids to any of the football or dance classes she had booked through the summer holidays.
TM you have completely converted me to Nancy Birtwhistle (even though I'm not convinced she's not you 😂😂😂) I have been making my own kitchen/bathroom cleaner now for months and it's the best I've ever used. Three lemons, usually from Olio so free, a squirt of washing up liquid and three squirts of white vinegar. I keep it in a kilner jar in the cupboard. Each jar lasts me about three weeks to a month by which time the next batch is ready.
I've also got COVID started on Saturday not feeling well, but should be recovered just in time to go back to work on Thursday 😢
Tweets your house looks lovely you must be chuffed with it please can someone crochet Rosie some slippers 😂
At least it's sunny so my day will be spent pottering in the garden and lying in the sun.

Sorry to hear you’re not feeling well also x
Was looking at getting a caravan but the rules about how long you can stay at some sites seem complicated. I’m tempted by a campervan so we could move somewhere else for a month once we reach the allotted time period.
Bubbs is the expert on caravan living. I don’t think all the non- residential sites have a compulsory shut down. Would be awkward with kids if you were on one of those. I think the big issues are needing an official address elsewhere and so having to register as living somewhere else. Also getting post redirected. But if you lived on one that wasn’t a holiday site Only you would be ok. Would it be too many neighbours, too close by for you?
I'd love to live in a caravan. Definitely cheesed off with living in a house, constant big jobs desperately need doing now.
Went to an event at the weekend and was surprised to see canal long boats on what looked like permanent sites. No idea how that works but one chap had a mini allotment and a lovely shed on his little plot. He was sitting out in the sunshine with a bit of washing. 😊

Love to all the folk not feeling well or with poorly folk they are looking after.
We went to the talk last night it was very good. The young lass didn't know we were coming although she had invited us. Huge hugs all round she was nervous.
She did great and even coped with questions and answers.
It was in town and I decided to take OH out for a late tea. We rarely go out on the evening and really don't eat out like that often. It was nice evening all round.
Woke later as had taken meds later. It is absolutely roasting up here. Had Windows open all night.
Good Morning. You house is looking really good tweet I love the stair carpet and it looks like Rosie does too. Hugs to those in need. I will put the kettle on again also have a jug of cold water in the fridge if you prefer.
Hope everyone is well, happy and not suffering from the humidity too much. Hugs to those who are feeling poorly, hopefully you will improve a lot today.
Far too hot to sleep last night! I bet Sleazy is much cooler in Alaska! I just couldn't get off to sleep for hours even though I went outside a few times to cool down. I was tempted to get on the lounger and stay out there all night but the wildlife and bird noises would have meant I stayed awake out there too
Managed a couple of hours of restless sleep but gave up just before 5am and went for a long and cooling walk, which was very pleasant. Surprised a lot of rabbits, a badger and a deer herd at that time of the morning though

Oh don’t. I’d love to live on a boat but I’m always put off with what happened to the boat in the Railway Children. Be just my luck for someone to fling a discarded cigarette and burn the whole thing down 🤦
Talking about water. Him upstairs has decided he should drink some water and apparently there’s black strings coming out of the bottom of the brita filter. I’m not going up to look at it in depth, so do you think it’s just that the charcoal needs soaking or has he created a new breed of sludge somehow?

Have a google, you might find out that the Brita is not necessarily such a good idea
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare
Oh lallipickle i hope you can get out soon,it must be unbearable 😔. So sorry your suffering di hope you come out the other end soon. Tweets carpet and flooring looks fab u lous i know the feeling of soft carpet underfoot after 8 months of concrete and wood stairs getting splinters enjoy its amazing what we take for granted until we don't have it. Im in gregs if anyone wants a coffee & cake shout. Just passing the time until i meet my friend for lunch at my favourite place the lake. The owners have a long drive and a big bungalow but seperate so more like a semi where mum lives in one side and daughter who now runs the small restaurant with her family the other side its such an idealic spot to live. Its so lovely everything is fresh and you have to book, they do an amazing afternoon tea. Suns has got its hat in hip hip horray. Xox
In Scotland you'd have to go north east away from the sea to get something cheaper. Average 3 bed ex council here is about 170k.
Cheaper over East Fife or alloa way. Everythings got so dear.
30 miles north of London, average 3 bed ex-council is £350k, so £170k is super cheap.Â
I guess it's relative. It's mad how much times the salary that much be. When we bought ours in 2000 it was 2 times salary at 32k . Now same house could be 7 times average salary. Meaning difficult for single person to afford without large deposit.
Little miss affording to take over her house in own have taken a lot of saving and they are paying in variable till mortgage transferred.
Very sweetly her Gran sent her a cheque this month to help with payment. This is my mil with the particularly strange taste in gifts. But we thought this was exceptionally kind and extremely helpful.

Flamin Norah - Sophie cats pet insurance renewal notice has arrived - we have been with Marks for 2 years as they worked out the cheapest although it was a relative term as it was gradually getting more and more expensive. This year they want £500 -
OK she is now 12 but very sprightly, no ailments and no vet visits apart from annual jabs and quite likely to live until she was 20 like our Ronnie did
I need a wet day to consult the insurance cashback websites ...

First one there mchoc ….dont walk your dogs near a bull field 😂 good prices thoughÂ
Growing up that saying was often used, used to cross the fields for a short cut, aways looked for Mr Edwards bull and then who was wearing red😱😂. Little did I know then bulls have dichromatic vision.
I've gone down a rabbit hole today looking bathroom and kitchen taps😬. Come to the conclusion I might get the plumber to knock me a set up with some pipework and brass taps😂. Bit shocked at the price of these on Etsy 😱.
