So I'm feing super proud of myself for walking away from the half price Joseph and Joseph nesting bowls and chopping boards in T today. Even had one in my trolley at one point but took it out again ๐. Trouble is I keep thinking how they'd be great in my tiny kitchen. Someone stop me going back tmoro!!
I've missed this, what's the offer please? Something I'm desperate for, mine are disgusting.
Not been in for a while as I get trapped in the car park this time of year. ๐ณ
It's the Joseph and Joseph chopping boards (3 in a slip case) half price at ยฃ15 and the nesting mixing bowls, again half price at ยฃ17.50. Both in Tesco ๐๐ป

Actually, just spotted the bowls on Amazoom at the same price but struggling to post a link. It's the set that includes the Colander. Boards are still ยฃ26 though. Not managed to get out yet - full of the Xmas cough and cold. Made the PoN beef bourguignon in the slow cooker (thanks Morribobs and op ๐) and need a lie down now!

Iโm glad a lot of you are enjoying Olio, itโs going to be plentiful for next few days then next week back to normal with things going quickly .
Got my first free stuff last night. I was shopping in another part of town and got a notification. I requested 5 items and got a speedy response and collection point was more or less on my route home. When I collected, there were multiples of some items and I brought away 10 items in total. Called on family I was passing on my way home so everything got eaten. If only I lived close to a FWH, sadly like many others I donโt.
We are doing a bit of both. An early tea with family who have little ones ( Percy Pig gifts๐๐) and then seeing the new year in quietly I think. I'm so excited for a fresh start in 2024. Time to blow the cobwebs away๐ค

Good morning. I'm just about to go for my last walk of the year. My new year's resolution is to excercise more. I'll carry on with my 6 mile walk but try to do it twice a week and I'm also going to go swimming. There's a gym here now upstairs from the pool and I'm not really a gym fan but if the weather's too awful to walk I might go on the walker thing(technical name ๐) And of course my ongoing challenge to empty the freezer, I'm on day five and not one thing has come out of there yet ๐ but we also haven't spent any money. I'm taking.money with me on my walk for eggs but there haven't been any for weeks now.
Very wet overnight and so blustery here just now, which made for an interesting walk this morning
Hope everyone is well and happy. I usually have a quiet and reflective new year's eve, that is until the fireworks start! I'm usually in bed by then but they invariably wake me up as they are so loud and seem so close by.
Have a good one everyone, however you choose to spend it
