no US sport for me today, but I was also wondering if we could have a more varied diet of topics like we used to meanwhile just happy to have beaten Sleazbob today, and remained in the top 10 LJx

Just treated myself. Fed up with stuggling to get the sheet to stop scrunching up on the bed so I have treated myself to a gripper to go under the mattress, it holds the corners in place and the sides. Will be interesting to see if it works lol.

Can any one recommend a supplement either digestive enzymes or pre or pro biotic treatment s that they take which does the job and is worth the money please . My stomach doesn't ache but it must be all over the place inside if you know what I mean Thank you

My grandchildren and DD1 take bio 360 granules which has really helped as they’re lactose intolerant so stop symptoms.
Grumpy has decided he doesn’t like the brand of drugs prescribed and I explained that even pharmacies have no power over this as central ordering get whatever is cheaper. He’s been on to the doctor, pharmacy etc and wants me to reject different brands. I use two chemists at present as he’s so picky and Boots don’t even make up the prescriptions in store but he’s adamant I get them ordered in the preferred brand!
Went for flu jab, I was booked in but they went to check eligibility made me feel like a right fraud. Thry found it but they read chronic fatigue syndrome and only see chronic fatigue. They are two very different things. That's why it's so important to be referred to as ME (myalgic encephalomyelitis).
Came home and sorted the pumpkins and made soup and now I'm back in bed until tomorrow.

DD3 have found another little house thinking to offer. It has solar panels that they are told are privately owned but the lady living there never signed up to claim money back from the grid.
Wondering if any pitfalls they may come across?
Can see no “airspace” lease for the property on land registry so suggests they are private and assume they will need proof of purchase or something before exchange. But no idea what this money back from grid is about!

Property needs to be registered first SSM, a lot of still isn't. Prices start from £3 I think. You can see who officially owns it, what they paid and any charges (mortgage) and other bits 😂. It's been like that for twenty years ish🤔.

Does anyone do Google opinion rewards? Not sure how it appeared but I have it on both phones. The iphone is straight forward. It gives me little one question surveys - usually about shops I've been to and these pop up a few times a week. It asks if I entered and if I spent money there and then gives me a random amount as a reward. When I got get to £2 or so it just adds to my paypal.
On the android phone its different. Again I have surveys about the shops I've been to but also I've recently opted into uploading a receipt when it asks - all random eg today it wanted a Sainsburys receipt from the 30th. This though gives me Google play balance and I have no idea how to use this - It links to the play store but I dont buy apps. I wondered if it was possible to somehow link it to paypal or Amazon .... any suggestions? Its only about £7 now but it says some will expire next April if I dont use it

You might as well as it’s completely anonymous but you must register with land registry first ( simple form) .
Money back from the grid is whatever you dont use you sell it to the energy company and they pay you back this is what a friend who has solar panels owned outright said, i don't known if this makes a difference to leasing the panels. Good evening all, just had our 1st trick or treaters I didn't think we would get any ☺️ i had to use my chocolate stash. Hope all are well, been so busy but looks like I did nothing I'm knackered. You can also put a notice on to see if someone put a property/ land up for sale. I have in case someone tries to sell a property I own

I made to Sainsbury's yesterday before work and did a wine shop and I've just reminded myself that they are still in the car. So my nectar balance is now under £100 which I'm comfortable with. I like to keep it at that to cover the cost of an iron etc if something goes wrong.
So I think I'm ready for baby celebrations and Christmas soirées. I bought a lot of cremante.
Baby is due any day and I'm getting more anxious as the days pass. Even more anxious as we are supposed to be away in Oxford this weekend for a family bash and I'm very conflicted about going. It's like buses😂
