Thread for anything ebay related.
For instance I've been sent a code which gives me £10 off - but no indications on the restrictions when it expires or if I have to spend it all at once - and if it excludes postage.
Has anyone else had one of these?
Can I resume that there is a promo box somewhere near checkout to put the code into?
Not even sure what I need to spend £10 on - there are a couple of cookbooks Eldest child wants.
And she has these metal pineapple cocktail stirrers on her wish list as well

I had one back along, I just put £10 of buy it now items with free delivery in my basket and then the code and it came off
As a bonus the lamp I ordered arrived broken so I got a full refund into paypal and kept the shade (which was the only bit I really wanted anyway). Then ebay sent me a £10 off £20 code to say sorry . Obviously I'll try that against a £10 order first

How did you get them to send you the 'say sorry' code? I had a situation where the item was faulty, the seller just refunded the £1 odd I paid after the voucher, and I lost the ebay voucher..

I think it helped that I had bought from 2 different suppliers. The lamp was from argos, I opened a refund request, added the photo and that was that. Possibly the full refund triggered the additional voucher?
