This took me half a day yesterday😳

We decided to chuck out the Tassimo as it's no longer used. I've never liked the coffee it makes and Raphaman has come round to my way of thinking. So I decided to start on the big larder unit. I only got these 4 areas cleared but at the same time I'm trying to move around stash and the other food storage cupboard in the utility room. It's a big job🤨

I'm also acutely aware of the possibility of weevils🤢

I didn't look I don't do tiktoc but remembered someone had a glut of cucumbers

Oh I hope you havnt got them, I am still finding them, my food is now in another room as I cant put it back in knowing they still around.

I for one don't mind seeing the ideas on here, some are of relevance and I would probably miss them all if they were elsewhere.

Brightening up after torrential rain again overnight

Supposed to be nice later and its looking sunny for my trip to Liverpool next week

I am clearing out OOD food which is never going to be used and going forward its more minimlist stock levels for me Its only the two of us and my meal planning is more repetitive now and we definately are eating less in the way of fancy meals

School run today then a trip to Tesco as DH needs a few boxes coke cans to donate to his running club charity event

Side garden cleared and rubbish to the tip From next week its by appointment only

My thanks to the lovely Elite again for the caring messages.I am still feeling much the same re covid but my painful foot which I injured when I fell on the weekend is improving and my cut knee is starting to heal so that's a positive. Not feeling like eating much but have been enjoying the fruit hamper my DH put together for our anniversary last week. 1st day back to school here in Leicester today.

Sadly we are not or we could have popped in

Its a bus tour  Just a cheapie break for old folk   Its 3 nights and includes a trip to the Caven, a sail on the Mersey, a day out to Chester and a stop on the way home  DH can have a pint at night without worrying about driving next day Just a wee break  Going abroad was silly money for a week or less so this will tide me over just now

Done a couple of tours with this company before and its been ok so will keep my fingers crossed

I have had the same issue with meds impacting on my body clock.

I'd get up, take my first tablet.... then I can not eat for 1.5 hours when I take another tablet with food. Then after evening meal I take the same tablet again and a different one. This resulted in me being awake later and later... sleeping till later and later... I was almost nocturnal.

I now take the 1st tablet in the middle of the night when I go to toilet. And take all 3 tablets with breakfast. I take 10mg of melatonin 30 mins before bed. Gradually, my body clock is getting better. Gp not aware yet but I don't care, it's working better for me.

Good luck waking up tomorrow and keeping awake all day x
