Update on my sister's family, the rest are negative so that's good and they come back quick only had done yesterday. my niece is still ok and has to take another test Weds
Brilliant bubbs. Quick test results🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
Initially there are a lot of errors. You MUST click on the item. It will quickly open the item on the Asda web page and show you the current price. I have just tested that and indeed it opens at £7 You must open the store page to see multi buys also. Also open the item on the £7 stores you will see it’s £5.10 in Waitrose £4.50 Morrison’s £5 Sainsbury’s And £4 TESCO It takes seconds to do each one. So just a little more work is needed

Good morning all, lovely sunny day here.
Today we will be having home made scones (not yet made) and the freezer strawberry jam after dinner. Have to admit to a little clotted cream too
Off for a walk in the sunshine soon
Have just ordered some disposable masks suspect we will have to wear them in shops soon and I find the re-usable ones rather warm, so will keep the disposables for warmer days. Have not told OH, he will think it is a waste of money. We have some masks, I have several re-usable ones and we have various masks for jobs involving asbestos if we ever find them (made the mistake of passing them to OH, they are now in a box in the garage, there is a lot of boxes in the garage ) but I suspect this will continue for a few months.
Does anyone else find the reusable masks too big? I have to tie some elastic between the loops and across the back of my head!
Been to the shops then discovered kids are here for lunch so had to make it a quick outing
Nothing worth looking at in our Salisbury sale just leftover bits from last winter sale
Right of to make make a start on lunch.
DH is helping out a neighbour across the road then the neighbour will come and help clear sleepers and soil going into the skip. DS has taken down his kitchen ceiling and will bag up the rubbish for our skip too
Update on Flavorwiki. I've just logged in to the email account I used for this and the email from PayPal telling you of your payment has the reason for the payment in the subject line. This is a spare account that I don't use very often so first time I've logged in for a while.
So the £2 payment (for me anyway) is supposedly for doing the tasting - subject line:
Thank you for participating in the tasting with FlavorWiki - then in the body of the email is this: Amount received: £2.00 GBP
Then for the referral it's this one:
Thank you for referring FlavorWiki - then in the body of the email is this: Amount received: £5.00 GBP
As someone else said, it does sound like there's an issue with the payment for doing the actual tasting as we've only received £2 so far, whereas the referrals are correct at £5.

I had a couple like that last week but yesterday got 3 separate ones through that just had "Thank you from FlavorWiki" in the subject line and in the body of text is "Amount received: £1.00 GBP"
No explanation of what it was for or any hint in the subject line at all.

If I remember correctly the £1 surveys were not to taste anything.I cant remember exactly what the survey requested,it might have been about buying during lockdown but I do remember at the end you needed to upload a photo of your favourite food....i see bargain queen had the same thought.
The referral was also £1 for anyone who subsequently used your link...I joined wiki on this one and used Romas link so my guess is I received £1 for completing it and she would have for referring it....the multiple £1's I would anticipate are referral payments.
I think the survey came out at around the time the yogurt tasting started...I remember not joining at that point because yogurt isnt something we eat enough to partake in.

Life is a strange thing, just when you think you've learned how to use it, it's gone
Morning paw sniffers and thank you DM for the shiny new thread😀
I've just had a random email from wiki. They've just paid £1 into my Paypal and I've done nothing. I haven't bought any chocolate, done any surveys etc
I did do it all the other year when we were all doing it.
Unless Ive somehow done the survey on a different platform🤔
Was that not the covid survey ? I got a pound aswell.
Afternoon all. I was thinking what braw neighbours you would all make. Xx
Question for anyone who knows about plants please.
I bought this from a little garden centre today, there was a big tray with multiple pots and lots of bees were on them. They had no tags, and when I asked the owner what plant it was he didn’t know, just said it was from a cutting and it spreads out.
I like it so bought anyway, buy does anyone know what it is?

I had a reply back from them to say I'd had four £5 payments - quite abrupt and rude. I politely asked them for the date and ID numbers of the payments so I could confirm this as there are only 2 on my account.
I gave them the 2 dates, ammounts and IDs of the payments I received - one was a referral £5 and it was dated before I did the chocolate truffle testing - I did the truffle tasting on the day I bought them so if they still say that payment is for truffle tasting I can prove the date via my receipt

Arhh, that would explain the £1 PayPal payment that I got. Thank you. X
Popped to M&S, they had sold out of the free bags, so will have to try another time. Found some reduced things (thanks to op on previous thread), and also saw the posh dogs TM mentioned.

Regarding Marks - I know some people have £5 on their app via Sparks and some have £10. I was thinking that when the meal deal comes along with a entire chicken then it might be worth getting with your discount - I had a quick look today but I didnt see any chickens When chicken is in the offer I do roast dinner one day - something we never ever do just for us 2. And then the left over chicken goes into pasta bake or stir fry next day, makes economic sense as the meal deal then does 2 meals . (and the cats like bits of skin and meat scrapping so its also their dinner) I noticed that the nice peach roulade is on the list - again it does us two for 2 days desserts. Either sliced thinly with ice cream or I do a sort of mini trifle with slices around individual bowls, orange jelly, canned peaches diced and ice cream or yogurt on top. Also cheddar cheese croquettes which should freeze nicely and go nicely with a midweek ad hoc dinner. And the wine of course.
I just got more of the RTC pasta jars for 50p today, more of the pasta and some canned tomatoes - all useful store cupboard things and gorgeous packaging.
Also I got one of the half price filter coffee tins which are now £3 - nice square gold box so it would make a good gift if you are visiting - mine has an October expiry date. Annoyingly the label wont come off the front

Oopsie posted on the old thread and wondered if I had killed it off, then read about the new thread, phew!
So have done a copy & paste:

Hiya bubbs, sorry am so far behind on this thread and the SW ones. All good here thanks. Full house here with both kids back from uni, one now graduated (no ceremony, it was cancelled) other one hoping to go back one day! Heard rumblings of SW groups possibly restarting in August but no details yet. Can’t wait, really miss group! How are you doing? Got that hair off yet? I started growing tomato plants in lockdown, so should have some tomatoes eventually, had one courgette already, 3 more growing, and got some dwarf broadbeans growing which I was given. I don’t think we like broadbeans .
i use an aubergine to make the SW spiced rice from their website, it is really nice! But I know you don’t really do rice unless you have curry and then it is cauli rice.
Btw I have some facemasks ready in the car, not worn one yet. I prefer to do my foodshopping between 8-10pm and keep my distance. Have really liked shopping in Aldi after getting bored with Sainsb which is closer to me.
Hope everyone is ok, going back to catching up. Must check my M&S app to see if there’s anything worth having, although haven’t been to one in months and not missed it much.
