Michaels...I thought the Remeo Gelato was disappointing...I was expecting to uuuummmmmm at every spoonful, but I wasnt. Thought the Judes was much nicer. The way they have been giving the Remeo away, I wouldnt be surprised if it disappears off the shelves forever.
Yes Ive mentioned before I wasnt overwhelmed byt the Remeo Gelato. Was ok but more like economy ice cream . Got my GJ refund for it today, but dont think I will be putting myself through that again lol
Just bringing over a post from the old post from Fuzzgun that was posted just before I locked the thread, just so it does not get missed once everyone migrates.
When you opened the case did you state you wanted a refund?
Sounds like a bad seller to me. As a seller I’ve had this happen two or three time’s in the past (damaged in transit), and have just refunded straight away (low value items). If it happened to me with a higher value item, I would pay for the buyer to return it and I’d claim off the courier.
Maybe you could just buy another from a different seller (funds permitting) so you had it in time for christmas, and hopefully eBay will send you a refund.
Thanks DM, didn’t realise I was on the old thread as had both tabs open lol.

I made 3 posts until I realised, thought it was quiet
I just ended up on it but don't know how 😂😂cause when i looked i couldn't see it. I didn't know you also had a HD? if i have interpreted it right, we need a pic
Think pounds might be referring to fallen angels. HD's that didnt quiet make the grade. Often wonder how my Tessa passed actually at times haha. She was the only one out of her litter that made it to HD the rest were fallen angels and rehomed. Dont think HD do this now. The new CEO tries to get them all through the process and some of the not so confident ones are called sound dogs and they go to recipients who just want a trainned dog at home that will alert them to the doorbell, fire alarm ones, but they dont get the HD coat that allows them go to shops etc. Fully qualified HDs can go out and about in the supermarkets etc, same as a Guide dogs.
I see you have a black lab Pounds. Some of my friends who have hearing dogs have black labs and wonder if any of them are related to your dog as hearing dogs has their own breeding scheme so most of the hearing dogs are related usually by father. We use to have a laugh as lots of us have cockapoos and their father is a miniature poodle called sooty. They have different mums but it was a standing joke about little sooty having so many kids lol

Ooops just seen the lovely Ivan I have a friend who has a hearing dog Indigo and is a black lab. Think Indigo must be about 9 years old as just a bit younger than Tessa. Was Ivan his original name as HD often name the litters with the same initial e.g. Tessa sibling were tara, toby, ...........well I guess you get the idea lol
Only £1 for me this month, since my holiday, I keep forgetting, have not done one this month, need to get my harris back in gear! Speaking of SME (he will know why I say that) I think Zippy should post his table number every Friday night, so if people get bored, they can send him random items.

I didn't state it outright but the button you have to click states request a refund. The seller has declined the return and refund. Does sound like a bad seller. Shame because I've only ever had a good experience with ebayers. Will have to give mum's present a rethink maybe push that present til their 40th anniversary in january. Thank you for all your help guys I really appreciate it.

Ivan pulled over his owner (prolly saw a cat 😬), who ended up in hospital with a broken pelvis, so I initially fostered him for 8 weeks while she recovered. Then it was decided she didn’t want him back. They tried to find him another placement, even tried him sniffing out cocaine for the Prison Service, but after a while he would just sit and refuse to do any more, just wanting his tennis ball to play with 🤣. So I jumped at the chance when he was offered for adoption as he is lovely. Have met some of his siblings, all boys, bigger, and all black AFAIK, and his mum too, a HD brood b!tch, now retired. I was told his dad was a Guide Dog for the Blind.
Have fostered various dogs for HD over the years, incl a cocker spaniel, who was completely manic compared to the laid back labs 😉.

You need to open a 'Not as described' case with ebay.

Poundsinbucks x
Sorry, but had a right chuckle at that, sounds like Ivan is the sort of dog I would want, I love a bit of mischief in my furry family. Rebecca once pulled my auntie over just after she had bought an ice cream, Rebecca then turned around and stole her ice cream as she was on the ground. I shouldnt laugh.
